regrets

all my life, i was known as the strong woman..knows what i want, stand for what is right and seems to know everything..and never been wrong in any of my decisions in life..but when this love entered my life, this strong woman, become weak.

i've been inlove twice, it doesn't make me weak..but it made me strong..

but why on earth the love i felt for him made me weak..

i asked for a time for myself...and time for himself also...that decision gave us both pain and suffering...our life been scattered...we lost direction...

i regret the decision of breaking up with him...for the first time, i regret a decision...
they told me, i should not regret it..what i did is right..its for the best..and i should not stoop down for him..

but what can i do..i am just been honest to myself...i still loved him...so much...i can't explain why i love him so...what's with him that make me love him this much..well, its just him...no reason at all...

my life,..

this past few months, so many things happen in my life..it seems like years that passed..my life is changing its pace so quick..even my emotions, my moods,..

there are times that i was so happy, then a after a while, i'm sad..but the most important thing is, i am with him..the one that holds my heart..

in a short period of time, i never imagine to feel this deep emotion for someone..

i love him so much,..i cant imagine myself without him in my life..though, i also know taht i should also imagine myself without him in my life…like i used to be…'coz who knows what will happen tomorrow..

before, i used to be alone,..but happy..happy 'coz i am in control of my self..i know what i want, what i feel,..i have a clear mind/thinking..

but now, i am obviously not in control of my self..the only clear thing that i want was to be loved by him..

i promise myself, i will never let anyone hurt me, never allow my self to fall so deeply to anyone again…but look at me now, deeply inlove with him, and embracing the pain just to be with him…

but i am happy to say, that we are going strong... :)

Stress strategies

Breathe Deeply. Take a large breath through your nostrils. Press your thumb and index fingers together, hold your breath and fingers until you feel some tension, then slowly release tour fingers and breathe through your lips to drain the tension. Repeat.

Get up. Walk around for five minutes every 90 to 120 minutes - your brain can stay on the same task for only so long.

Play Ball. Anything that gets your heart's gas pedal going is good, but a team sport has the added plus of taking you outside your head.

Imagine The Worst. Rationally asking yourself "What's teh worst that can happen?" is often less stressful than the vague 'catastrophizing' (cognitive behavioral theraphy's term) we do without realizing it.

When we fall in love, we ignore the obvious flaws in the person of our beloved. We labelit as trivial or no big deal.We magnify the good we see in that person. But, if the person is really Mr. Right for you, he should fit the description below.

He loves his mother and his sisters very much. - You can always tell a good man by the way he treats his mother and sisters. If he repects them, then he respects women. He has been raised to value women and to treat them right.

He gets a little jealous of your guy friends. - You have known your guy friends forever. If he gets a little insecure at times, it is good, but smothering jealousy is not.

He tells you his dreams. - Think about it. A guy who tells you exactly what he dreamed aout last night is actually opening up the door and letting you into his own mind. From what he tells you, you know he does not hide anything.. He has no secrets from you.

He reads. You have to love a guy who reads whether it is a good novel, a magazine or even the candy wrapper. A guy who wants to expand his mind is not going to turn into a duh.

He makes you believe in true love. - He is proof that True Love exists, for those who has patience enough to wait for it.

Drop Him if....

Your mom hates him. - You'll know if your mom does not like your guy, She will roll her eyes a lot, rause her eyebrow, start mentioning how much she liked that nice boy who took you out previousle. If she really hates him, she will have a special name for him, not a good one though.

He reminds you of your ex. - MAybe they wear the same kind of clothes, have the same mannerisms, have the same favourite cologne or even talk the same.

He is racist. A man with mean talk is a man with a mean heart. Get irs of him and make your world peaceful early.

Your pets hate him. If your cute little pets turns into a mean snarling one whenever he comes near or around, face it, the pet knows he is not good for you.

He has no sense of humor. He is so quiet and so straight.He does not kno how to laugh even at your jokes. Dump him now or else suffer a boring life with a humourless person.
He is afraid pf commitments. He changes the subject when you talk about family or marriage. You have been together for long and still no talk of commitment. If you cannot work out issues regarding commitment, then break off.

He does not give you notice for dates. - He just shows up and expects you to drop everything to go out with him. It does not evem occur to him that you might have other plans or that you will appreciate a little notice. Dump him because he is free time (when he has no other dates perhaps).

He is so bossy. Take note, you are not his assistant. He should treat you like his girlfriend, not his girl Friday.

He is critical. He critizes your apprearance. Does not appreciate your friends nor your family. He looks down on your intelligence, your talents and your personality. Leave him, otherwise you will turn into somebody you are not and will be a nervous wreck.

You know you deserve better. You may be wanting somebody different, more romatic, more dependable. More appreciative and having more time to be with you, If you think you can wait and will meet somebody better who coukd turn ou into a better person yourself, then dump your boyfriend. Spread your wings and go looking for Mr. Right.

Effective today....

January 31, 2009....my resignation is effective today..I'll be living the first company I worked for. I can say that I've been happy with my work here and specially with my officemates. I made new friends at work. And so many memories to treasure.
Am I going out of the country?? It was always the question to me why I am leaving. But I am not, I'll just be going home. For 2 years, I let my Mom live alone in the province. Though I visit her once or twice a month, it is still different if I stay with her at home. So now, I granted her wish, I'll be working there and I'll be staying home for good.

My niece

She's cute, right? she's my niece, my only niece.
some says that she looks like a 1-year-old child..but she's just 8-months old. She's a darling.
I visit her once a month and she really grew faster. Looking to her can make your tiredness gone. And you can feel so happy with a simple smile from her.

My mom

In my 24 years in this world, God has been very good to me. Though we grow up without a father (my father died when I was 7 and my brother was 9 years old ), we, especially me, never looked or feel the need for a father. Because we have mom, who love us so much. She never married again after my father, she dedicated her life on us. I have seen all the sacrifices, and the hard works she does just for us to finish college. I, as a Computer Engineering graduate and my brother as Drafting engineering technology graduate. I really can't imagine neither think how she supported us. So now is time for us to take the responsibility for our family, specially me. It is because my brother already have his own family.
We are really blessed to have her in our life. She is a friend, a sister, a brother, and a mother. She is everything to me. I don't know what my life would be if I don't have her in my life. I will give her the best life. And I will be there for her no matter what.

A Little Boy Helps Jesus

Great crowds of people followed Jesus to hear Him teach about God's love for them. Sometimes they forgot to take food with them.

One day a huge crowd of 5,000 men and their families followed Jesus. It was late in the day when they reached Him, and the people were getting hungry.

Only one boy had any food - just five small loaves of bread and two fish. Jesus blessed the food. His followers and helpers gave it to the people. Everyone had plenty to eat. And the helpers gathered up to 12 baskets of leftover food.
